Africa here I come!

Training is done!  I reached 75 miles in a week, which was the goal.  I am ready to go👊 Things I learned 1. Sometimes it's better to wear your shoes on the carpet. 2. If you bomb down a mountain at a 6:45 min/mile pace, people WILL get out of the way for you. 3. I can run 6:45 min/mile pace down hill!!!! 4. Your half marathon time doubles when your elevation looks like this. 5. This is what I have to look forward to (and that's just day 1!). 32km = 20 miles Now, about that packing....
